We had 44 boats show up for the 4th tournament of the year at lake Nacimiento. The morning started off with a 45 degree chill on the lake and the word of tons of fish to be caught but size was going to be the deciding vote at the end of the day. When it came time to weigh in many of the teams had caught there fair share of fish but the team of Erik and John Zillig. The duo had a weight of 9.95lbs which gave them the win and $2,185 in their pockets. They caught fish all day on topwater and swimbaits in back of coves. 2nd place went to Damon Meeks and Chase Austin with a weight of 8.68lbs and cash of $995. They caught there fish on a variety of baits from cranks,soft plastics and topwater fishing all over the lake. Rounding out the top 3 was Graham Grove and Tanner Khonle with a weight of 8.29lbs and cash totaling $660. They caught there fish on Blade baits and Stick baits. I want to thank everyone that came out to fish and support the BBT and we hope to see you all at the next one.
