Thanks for your inquiry and willingness to figure out a way to have a tournament here on Clear Lake.  I sent your plan to the Public Health Officer for review.  The feedback I got was that the plan looks reasonable, however at this time the tournament is considered non-essential travel and wouldn’t be consistent with our current status in stage 2 of the statewide shelter in place order.  Dr. Pace is more hopeful about the July tournament being doable and it looks like the plan you have prepared is going to be helpful in getting you there.  They feel June 6-7 is just too soon for this.
